Mental Health Treatment Services
The Wellness Treatment Center offers a three-hour-a-day, five-day-a-week Intensive Outpatient Program along with additional support groups. Individuals will attend group therapy sessions in the following areas:
Crisis resolution and stabilization
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Behavioral Activation (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
Wellness education and support classes
Health and fitness
In addition to the Intensive Outpatient Program, ongoing support groups are provided. These groups include:
Aftercare support group
These activities and programs provide a strong recovery environment that greatly facilitates successful outcomes and creates an effective continuity of care.
Implicit in the treatment program is significant family and/or social network involvement and communication. Active, individualized treatment planning and case management services assist in timely resolution of specific treatment issues and are conducive to increasing stabilization.
Steps to attaining a more effective coping style are addressed on an ongoing basis throughout the program.

The Wellness Treatment Center is a comprehensive treatment system for individuals with behavioral health conditions and other related problems. This system features an integrated intensive outpatient program utilizing a proven wellness model. The program is designed to treat individuals who may be in crisis as well as those in need of more long-term support.
We offer progressive and traditional recovery modalities. Individuals experience stability and growth as they progress through an advanced wellness model that stresses self-care, responsibility, and individualized goal setting.
Our programs include addressing co-occurring substance abuse issues, if indicated. All services are integrated and coordinated with existing therapists and psychiatrists, as well as primary care physicians.
The WTC program addresses a variety of needs and conditions including individuals and families in crisis or in need of more long-term support services who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and other psychiatric conditions. The program is designed to be particularly beneficial to those individuals seeking an alternative wellness approach to their mental health issues.
