Meg Garrido has been a practicing psychotherapist since 1996. Meg began her private practice after 7 years in the community mental health setting. She works with adults to address depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and life transition issues. Her work is grounded in mindfulness as she assists her clients to learn the skills needed to be effective in their lives using DBT and ACT technologies. Furthermore, she facilitates a deeper relationship with an understanding of the Self for clients interested in depth work. Meg runs our wellness group.
